1. Introduction and Acceptance

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use ka444, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must not have a pre-existing ka444 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed with all associated balances forfeited.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

ka444 is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and fraud-free environment. As part of our compliance procedures, we require all players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or on reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. This process is commonly known as KYC.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking record (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) not older than three months.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transaction Policy

All financial transactions at ka444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the following local payment channels:

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Processing times vary by method but are generally completed within 24 hours for verified accounts. ka444 does not charge internal withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may levy its own transaction fees.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

ka444 regularly offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and seasonal offers including Eid specials, BPL match bonuses, and Pohela Boishakh promotions. All bonuses are governed by the following general conditions, supplemented by specific terms for each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) as specified in the individual offer. Standard rollover for welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses can only be used on eligible games as specified per promotion. Casino bonuses may not count toward sports betting wagers and vice versa.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately until rollover conditions are fully met. Only real-money balances are withdrawable prior to meeting rollover requirements.
• ka444 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion is detected.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on ka444 are final once confirmed. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or connectivity failure that causes a bet to be recorded incorrectly, ka444 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's account. No additional compensation is payable in such circumstances.

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other listed events — are subject to settlement according to official results and verified sources. For cricket markets, results are settled based on official scorecards published by ICC, BPL governing bodies, or other relevant cricket authorities. Disputes over settlement must be raised within 48 hours of the result being declared.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ka444 and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation:

• Creating multiple accounts (whether in your own name or under aliases) to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-driven tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in games or wagering.
• Money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or any other form of financial crime in connection with your ka444 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on ka444 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall page design — is the exclusive intellectual property of ka444 or its licensed content providers. This content is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any ka444 content without prior written authorisation.
• ka444's brand name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used in any context outside the platform without express written permission.
• Third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi retain all rights to their respective games and software displayed on ka444.

Any unauthorised use of ka444 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, ka444 shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses, including but not limited to, losses arising from bets, deposits, or investment of winnings.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, network failure, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

ka444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, receipt of a valid legal order, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
